AFFORDABLE HOUSING LEASING AGENT
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides support to our property management team by ensuring that all occupancy activities comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Thirty-five hours (35)/week M-F

MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT – AFFORDABLE HOUSING
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides support to our maintenance team by supervising daily operations, assigning work orders, monitoring building systems, scheduling alternating on-call, and other duties.
