BARTON COMMUNITIES
AFFORDABLE HOUSING ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides support to our residents, office and administrative staff, and maintenance teams by assisting the Property Administrator in overseeing daily operations at Westerly Apartments in Lakewood, Ohio. This is a hands-on role requiring compliance knowledge, exceptional organizational ability, and compassion to work with effectively with older adults and diverse populations.
Thirty-five hours (35)/week M-F

BARTON COMMUNITIES
OCCUPANCY SPECIALIST – WESTERLY APARTMENTS
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides support to the property management team by ensuring that all occupancy activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides support to our residents by working with the Property Manager to educate tenants about available services and monitoring provisions of those services.
